We are looking for members wanting to
advertise their equine or agricultural related items. Price would be
$20.00 a month for top corner spot or $10.00 month, or 3 for $25 for
the business card size ad on the new business directory page. This is a perfect opportunity for our members to advertise for
carriage rides, horse trailers, farriers, barn building carpentry,
draft horse training, etc. All ads must be pre-approved. Contact us for more information.

OLD FASHION FALL FUN DAY
FOR ALL
AGES!
 On Sunday October 12, 2008 we have all
been invited to a fall fun day at the home of Tim & Linda Tangen, 134 Devenpeck Rd., Sprakers, NY 12166.
Directions

Mapquest
Starting at 10:00am we will be beginning a wagon train around the block.
Bring your team and join us or your horse if you would like to ride, or
catch a ride with one of the wagons.
Please bring a covered dish & beverage for our lunch picnic.
Before we begin our afternoon activities our 2008 NYPA Queen- Gianna
Leffingwell will be drawing the winning raffle tickets for the Pioneer cart,
tack box, Pennwoods minerals and Percheron print.
After lunch we will be pressing apples into cider. Bring your own apples &
containers to make your own cider. If you have a small cider press that you
would like to bring and demonstrate please feel free to do so!
We will also have pumpkin decorating for kids of all ages! Let's see who can
paint the NYPA logo!
We will be having a campfire for s'mores - bring a lawn chair and sit with
friends and reminisce.
NYPA merchandise will be available for purchase!

booth at the Cortland sale!! Your tireless dedication to this association does
not go unnoticed!
Thanks also to the MANY members who have voiced their strong support for the
direction the NYPA is headed!
The NYPA is proud to say that we gain more new members every year!
This association was started 30 years ago to promote the Percheron breed and I
thank all of our NY members for doing that.
Also MANY THANKS to all of you who sold or purchased raffle tickets for the
upcoming drawing! Your continued support is appreciated more than you realize!
